Choose your canvas
Open a piece in the collection to explore its material, finish, and engraving information. Available options vary by product. Decorative charms marked as non-customizable keep their original design.
Know what’s included
Wood heart, cross, and dog tag necklaces include the front engraving area, with the back listed at an additional $9.95. The vertical bar and envelope necklaces include two areas, with additional areas listed at $9.95 each. The Storybook Locket includes two of its ten areas, with additional areas listed at $7.95 each.
For other customizable pieces without specific engraving areas and extra-area prices, one engraving message is included. Contact us about an additional placement; we’ll email a quote for your approval before production.
Check the individual piece for its exact options. The current price, available finish, and full order total must be reviewed in the shop before placing an order.
Preview your engraving
On a customizable piece, choose an engraving area and type directly beneath its template. Compare Classic serif, Modern sans, and Script styles. Set the text horizontally, stack the letters, or rotate it left or right. Each area keeps its own message and direction.
The template is an approximate layout guide. We’ll confirm the final font, size, and placement before engraving. Your exact wording and selected options are included with your order.
Prepare your words
Write your text exactly as you want it to appear, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and dates. Keep the available engraving area in mind. Review each selected area before checkout.
Made personal
We do not accept returns on customized products for change of mind. Please review your details carefully before ordering. Read our return and refund policy, including help with damaged or incorrect items.
Production and shipping
For custom orders, we’ll email you within 24 hours of ordering with your estimated lead time. Production averages 1–2 weeks before shipping. Your email will include the estimate for your order.
Standard U.S. shipping is $8.95, with free shipping on orders over $100. We do not offer Express shipping. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
